  • We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.
  • At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation with the details of your purchase.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within the next 1-2 business days after processing.
    Note: For customized or bulk orders, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be notified accordingly.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80/- (INR Eighty) for orders below ₹1000/- (INR One Thousand).
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹1000/- (INR One Thousand).
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge, based on your location and order size.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-8 business days
    Note: Delivery timelines may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be emailed to you.
  • Use the provided details to track your shipment’s progress.

6. Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

  • All items are inspected and securely packed before shipping.

7. Delivery Terms

  • Recipient Availability: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • Re-delivery: If the courier cannot deliver due to recipient unavailability, re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
  • Incorrect Address: GK Dental Products is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, images of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
  3. We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

9. Return to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
